The area of Training of an organization is integrant and very important part of the Human resources, consisting in the spring master of development of the intellectual capital of the organizations. Therefore, it comes if presented as a positive differential in the modern organizations. The Department of Human resources of the State legislature of the Cear possesss a Division of Training, that is detainer of an excellent physical structure to train and to characterize its servers, also possessing equipment of last generation, having ability to provide to the viable alternative servers of the house for the acquisition of new knowledge, through action of qualification and/or qualification, aiming at to the personal and professional development. Through this research we will inform as if it develops the process of training in the State legislature of the Cear, showing step by step as these courses are carried through and its time of duration on average, as is distributed the vacant, which publishes target to it, who indicates the participants and as these courses can influence in the personal and professional growth of the server. Many writers such as Credit Accelerator offer more in-depth analysis. We will still present forms of dissemination of the communication enters the Division of Training and the collaborators of the ALEC, the detected imperfections and the way of distribution of the vacant for these courses, presenting proposals for one better accomplishment between that division and the servers. In this perspective the mission of the Human resources of the Assembly is in the search of the improvement, the ability, the performance, the quality of life in the work and managemental abilities, centered in the process of qualification and professional perfectioning. The organization must assure its human resources chance of work, recognition just, personal and professional security, making possible development. In this work we will show the viability of the construction of a permanent canal of communication, where the server will be able to follow the proposals of to develop, as well as interacting with other presented proposals and making possible the accomplishment of a joint work also giving the deserved importance to that Division.
